Sustainability Week 2026
The University’s Week of Sustainability will run from Monday 16 to Sunday 22 March 2026 across the University estate and beyond, with a packed programme of diverse events and activities.
Highlights include a keynote from Prof Jim Skea, chair of IPCC, on Monday 16 March, and the St Andrews Prize for the Environment on Tuesday 17 March.
With something for everyone, mark your calendars and check out the University’s Events calendar for full Sustainability Week programme details, featuring bookable and drop-in sessions.
Throughout the week, staff, students, and the wider community can engage with sustainability through guided walks, specialist talks, panel discussions, workshops, lectures, and exhibitions.
Sustainability Week provides a platform for the community to learn about the many ways the University is embedding sustainability into its research, teaching, and operations, as well as to explore practical ways to adopt more sustainable habits in everyday life.
